Anyone that knows me, knows that I'm a huge fan of the old cassette samplers and mix-CDs that came as promo ahead of albums, especially back in the 90s. You don't see it as much anymore, fans have a short attention span, which should work to its advantage, but I guess the feeling is once they hear the snippets, they may not go back and click for the album?
