This is the official Apathy remix of the Nas and DJ Premier collaboration with The Berklee Symphony Orchestra called 'Regeneration.' It's not a common occurrence where I'd recommend anyone remix a joint originally produced by DJ Premier, but props to the talented producer/MC Apathy - out of Connecticut - for not only reworking the beat, but blessing it with a dope verse as well.
