Thorough "King Articulate" (Album Stream)

Queens MC Thorough returns with another standout project titled King Articulate. His last project Cassette Tape Malfunction was one of the more slept-on projects of 2019 - and Thorough Rhymes & Crazy Beats before that - but it was certainly well-received by readers of this site. King Articulate is an 11-track project with solid production handled by long-time collaborator CrazyBeatsP, as well as DJ Proof, the OG Pete Rock, as well as features from Illa Ghee, Sadat X and more. As an artist that appears to release music independently, I am surprised he doesn't utilize Bandcamp's platform in addition to the other streaming sites, but I'm sure he has his reasons. The Jamaica, Queens eMCee Thorough and producer CrazyBeatsP are back with their new EP, "Cassette Tape Malfunction." Along with the lead single, "Distortion," the project features a total of 9 hard tracks to dig through and like Thorough says, "Me and P make music one way: aggressively." Thorough "Thorough Rhymes & Crazy Beats" (Album Stream)

If you've been following along, this is the third release I've posted from Jamaica, Queens MC Thorough. Thorough has a purist's sound - raw and unflinching lyrics over rugged beats provided by long-time collaborator CrazyBeatsP. He definitely commands the mic and makes me miss my neighborhood back home in Queens. If past projects weren't convincing enough, I think this album, "Thorough Rhymes And Crazy Beats," is really gonna win over a bunch of new fans. Thorough "The Definition of Thorough" (Mixtape)

Thorough is an eMCee on the come-up hailing from Jamaica, Queens NY. His mixtape "The Definition Of Thorough" has been getting a lot of burn on my end. The production on this dense 23-track mixtape is handled by Da Real Dane, CrazyBeatsP, Storm Watkins, and S Money, along with some industry beats and various skits. Some might find his vocal tone and rhyme patterns similar to the good homie Torae, which is only meant as a compliment.
