The Bronx duo of Al-Doe and Spanish are back once again with their latest EP, The People In Hell Are Jealous. The EP is a follow-up to their Doña Blanca Trilogy album that dropped last summer (hit the archives for that). With just 3 short tracks and an intro, I'm sure The People In Hell Are Jealous is just a sample of what the duo has been cooking up for 2021. Al-Doe & Spanish Ran "Doña Blanca Trilogy" (Album Stream)

The Bronx's Al-Doe is inspired by the late 90s/early 2000s era of New York Rap. Mentored by fellow Latino Bronx native Fat Joe and inspired by another legend of the Bronx, Big Pun (R.I.P.), Al-Doe is a hard-edged independent rapper. Although he has modeled and acted, including small roles in the television movie Thicker Than Blood and the series As the World Turns and Law & Order, Al-Doe eventually devoted most of his time to rhyming, a talent he started to hone during his late teens. His latest collaboration is with fellow Bronx producer, Spanish Ran, entitled Dona Blanca Trilogy. Spanish Ran is also an A&R at Jamla/RocNation Records. The dope duo has given birth to this magnificent Trilogy, a real homage to the beloved New York sound illustrated here with dusty latino soul samples, boom bap drums accompanied by harsh and aggressive flows from Al-Doe.
